xc mountain biking

sweet no xc this weekend just short track

I have been riding my bike that last two days just to let you know got 4 hours on the road and going to put in another3 1/2 in today. Going to do some on the road and then go to a cross practice. I know cross, i'm going just to get some intensity and i will not be doing any cross racing.
