1 foot in front of the other

The past week I have been in Minnesota with my aunt Pat, uncle Tom(aka Freddy) and Hana the new Golden retriever puppy. I also went to see a friend from high school, but turned out that they were no friend of mine. I did watch the Golden Gophers get defeated in hockey against St. Cloud. Which was absolutely awesome, hard hits!

I did get some training in on the Minnesota family supplied bikes, a indoor and a outdoor. The bikes got the job done and that's all I need. I did go running one with my Pat and I could hardly walk the next day.
