VOS

Well back in the GJ, and it's cold outside. I had a good ride on my TT bike on Friday, my 51st place might not say so but I did put out good power, for February. Saturday I knew was going to be my day to try to get some time back. It was super windy and the cross wind was insane. I felt good I went with a lot of breaks but nothing was stinking the field just had to much horse power early on. The last time through the feed zone I laid down a monster attack. I made it down the hill with the tail wind spinning out, turned into the head wind and drilled it I made it across to the one guy who was out there for a half a lap longer than me. We turned into the cross wind and started to rotate my legs did not like this one bit. We got caught by one more guy who was rolling. We turned into the tail wind to the finish and my legs just gave out on me to juice in the legs. I got dropped and tried to stick the 3rd place and got caught by the field ouch!! I ended up 19th on the day. I got a top twenty in the crit and one a prime that was a pound of 53x11 coffee. I ended up 24th overall not bad for February. I felt like the weekend was a win in my books.

Super Bowl

Well my Bears have made it to the Super Bowl, and they are going to run over the pony's. Manning is going to get crushed by the Bears Defence. My only worry about this game is Grossman, but last time there was this much pressure on him he rocked everyone with an amazing performance. I can already see Urlacher just ripping the ball away from those little pony's time and time again.
My little buddy is telling those Pony's that they are a bunch of little sissy's!!
YOU TELL THEM LITTLE GUY.

Back to School

Well my first day of school was cake. My first and only class on Mondays and Wednesdays starts at 7PM and end at 9pm. I also felt like the man in the class because it was so easy (College Algebra). Today I have a little more class 8 to 12:15 but then I'm done. There is some new faces on campus, good bad And I want to meat. The training is going really well, feeling more and more like 100% after the sickness. I'm hoping to get the new bike out on the road tomorrow. I just registered for the Valley Of the Sun. I have noticed on the registered riders that Utah and Idaho are going to be showing those southern boys whats up.

Oh my arms are feeling better after having 5 days off from the WII. I haven't had my arms hurt so bad in a long time.

23 dam I getting older

Well another great year has gone by. I'm in San Diego now kicking it with my older sister. Well the last few days have been so much fun, and a little sleep deprived. I spent the new year hanging out with J-ro and some friends. We went out to a Mia Tia restaurant and it was 55$ a plate($%#@) but the food was really good couldn't tell you what I had. Then we went to a house party in Eagle, good times and got a good new years kiss(hottie). I then hung out with Kathy B. house for a couple of days tell I came down here to Sunny Cali.

So it's my Birthday, Now the plans are to go work out and then get my game face ready for tonight!! I have to do some making up because I didn't drink during the Boise State football, game which was the best game of football ever. Go Boise State - I think Mesa could take them, well never mind I think Boise high could take them. Well I'm going to get my sweat on, and try to burn a few thousand calories so I can justify the drinking that is ahead of me.

Camp MSC

Well I have been trying to get Justin Rose down to Grand Junction for awhile now. But now we have set a date and we will be riding Dec 13-19. I know that the MSC team will be putting in the time with us. Justin also said a few of the Denver University guys are interested. If anyone else wants to come you just leave me a comment and we will try to sort out housing for you. NO COST for this camp, besides your food. The weather is nice in Grand Junction so it should be good for us. If you just want to come for a few days too, that's cool. The bigger the group the better.
